Pairing / connecting – instructions

Step 1: Go to Settings, and click on “Airpods” On any device that is near your AirPods and has previously been connected to them, go to Settings. Then go to the submenu: Bluetooth.

Step 2: Eject AirPods In the Bluetooth settings, click the (i) next to your AirPods. At the bottom of the page, select "Ignore this device" and click confirm. Also confirm that you want to delete the AirPods from your iCloud! ! Note: If you still have your old, broken AirPod, place it far away from the set and the newly purchased AirPod. If it is too close to the charging case, it can disrupt the pairing!

Step 3: Connect your new set and charge the new set. Now place the Airpod(s) that you purchased from us in the charging case, together with your "old" Airpod. Charge your charging case with the airpods in it for at least 60 minutes! If you charge the set for less than 60 minutes, difficulties may arise when connecting your new Airpod(s) or charging case.

Step 4: Start pairing earphones After 60 minutes, open the charging case and leave it open from then on. ! make sure it doesn't close!

Step 5: Manual pairing Press the button on the back of the charging case for at least 60 seconds until the LED starts flashing white. Unlock your iPhone or iPad. The connection indicator on your AirPods should immediately appear on your screen. Are you using an Android smartphone and/or does the connection indicator not appear? Then go to the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone or tablet and select AirPods from the list of connectable devices.

Click on the Airpods and connect them to your device.
